- AZ Massage Licensing – Application Fee $219.50, and $67 for DPS Level One Clearance Card. At times the board

Full Pay Option
$600 off of tuition when you pay in full, so your tuition will be $2399.
Three Payment Option
Make three payments of $999.67 at the beginning of each semester.
Seven Payment Option
Seven Monthly payments of $428.43.
Full Scholarship Option
In order to receive a full scholarship for tuition only a commitment of 1000 hours will be
required upon licensure. Book costs will be covered by you, the student.
Partial Scholarship Option
In order to receive a partial scholarship for tuition a payment of $1500 will be due and a
commitment of 500 hours will be required upon licensure for the balance. Book costs will be
covered by you, the student.
All scholarships can be bought out of at any point in time.
